Leave the cloud bill. Keep the cloud experience.
Cloud repatriation for teams whose workloads are steady and whose bill is not: private cloud on hardware you control, in a data centre or colocation facility, run with the same automation you have today.
Public cloud is priced for elasticity. If your traffic is steady, you are paying a premium for flexibility you do not use.
Data centre, colocation & cloud repatriation, end to end.
Repatriation business case
A line-by-line model of cloud vs private cloud: hardware, colocation, network, people and risk. We only recommend the move when the numbers hold.
Data-centre partner selection
We help you choose colocation or managed data-centre partners, with contracts in your name.
Private cloud build
Bare-metal servers, Kubernetes, storage and networking, automated with infrastructure as code.
Phased migration
Workload by workload, with dual running and a rollback plan at every step.
Hybrid setup
Steady base load on owned hardware, bursts and managed services left in the public cloud where they make sense.
Day-2 operations
Monitoring, patching, hardware lifecycle and capacity planning, by your team or fully managed by us.
Three steps, no big-bang cut-over.
Model
Bill analysis and a costed private-cloud design.
Build
Hardware, network and platform set up and tested alongside the cloud.
Move
Workloads migrated in phases, then the cloud footprint shrinks.
From a real engagement.
From AWS to private cloud: ₹80L to ₹5L a month
A steady, high-traffic workload was paying public-cloud prices for capacity it used every hour of every day. We moved it to a private cloud with data-centre partners.
Deliverables you keep.
- Cloud vs private cloud cost model
- Data-centre and hardware plan
- Private cloud platform as code
- Phased migration and rollback runbooks
- DR design across sites
- Operations handbook
Tools we use here.
Start small, or hand it all over.
Assess
Read-only review, ranked plan in 5 days.
Build & hand over
Built in your account, then handed to your team.
Fully managed
We run it end to end, with an SLA.

Questions about Data centre, colocation & cloud repatriation.
How much can repatriation save?
It depends on workload shape. On our flagship engagement a high-traffic consumer platform went from ₹80L to ₹5L a month (~94% lower).
Do we need our own data centre?
No. Colocation and managed data-centre partners provide space, power and network; you own or lease the hardware.
What about managed services we rely on?
We map each one to a self-hosted equivalent or keep it in the cloud if moving it does not pay off.
Is it risky?
The migration runs in phases with dual running and rollback, so production never depends on a single cut-over night.
